Ty Baynum, Hosea Project Movers: My name is Ty Baynum. I’ve been with Hosea now going on 3 years. We’re disassembling the World Peace Bell. We’re going to load it onto the truck using one of Maxim’s newest cranes and it’ll be transported up to this new home.

Todd Hosea, Hosea Project Movers: I’m Todd Hosea. I’m president of Hosea Project Movers and I’m a fourth generation. This relationship started 40 years ago. We’ve done numerous projects together. They worked together in 2000 on the Bell. So it’s kind of come full circle now and it’s kind of a bittersweet moment for everybody

Ty Baynum, Hosea Project Movers: Overall width of the Bell is 12ft 6in wide. The overall height from the bottom of the Bell to the top of the yoke is 14 ft. The total weight combined of around 100,000 pounds. Maxim Crane Rental they have anything we need for lifting purposes. Whether it be for buildings or equipment, Maxim has any cranes that we can need.

Scott Gerding, Maxim Crane Works: So this crane has a lot of flexibility. Obviously being 900 ton, we can pick up some pretty stout stuff.

Ty Baynum, Hosea Project Movers: After seeing this 900 series crane up close it really blows me away how quickly it gets put together, how smooth the crane is, and it’s exciting to know that this is its third project.

Maxim, their experience level is topnotch. They’re always on time. We work good together.

Todd Hosea, Hosea Project Movers: They really do have very hardworking people. They do what they say they’re going to do. Equipment is superior. It’s been a great relationship and we hope it continues for many years to come.
