Reporting directly to the CEO, Paul McDonnell, John will be pivotal in advancing strategic initiatives that drive Maxim’s business transformation efforts. In his role, John will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and functional leadership to enhance efficiency, growth, and innovation across the organization.
John brings over 15 years of experience leading large-scale strategy and transformation initiatives across a variety of industries. Before joining Maxim, John served as Managing Director of Strategy and Transformation at Ernst & Young, spearheading several high-impact projects across diverse sectors. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
